Key Responsibilities
Sort, scan, and direct incoming mail with accuracy and efficiency.
Update mailing instructions by liaising with vendors for seamless correspondence.
Keep meticulous records of mail flow and support documentation processes.
Engage in special projects and administrative support at our NYC office as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration.
Background coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration is beneficial.
Superior attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking prowess.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
