Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
