Role Overview As a Sales Professional & Relationship Extraordinaire, you will generate qualified leads, build relationships with commercial prospects, and drive explosive business growth in the commercial cleaning and facility services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generating: Research, identify, and qualify high‑potential commercial prospects.
Relationship mastery: Make impactful first impressions and nurture prospects into raving clients.
Market intelligence: Analyze areas and businesses to uncover hidden goldmine companies and key decision‑makers.
Deal creation: Schedule qualified meetings to close deals and earn commissions.
Pipeline engineering: Build a robust database so you are closing deals even while you sleep.
Team synergy: Collaborate with peers and Sales Manager to optimize productivity and conversion rates.
Qualifications
1‑2 years sales or customer service experience (we’ll teach you the rest).
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, canvassing, email outreach, and networking.
CRM proficiency or willingness to master it quickly.
Self‑motivated with killer organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; exceptional drive trumps degrees.
