Empower students. Transform lives. Start your journey with E-Therapy today! Position Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to PreK-12 students, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders. Conduct comprehensive assessments of students\' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and student needs. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support students\' communication goals. Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Document therapy sessions, progress, and other relevant information accurately and timely. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students\' speech and language needs. Qualifications

Qualifications: Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist West Virginia Department of Education Certification required Current ASHA certification required Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting Experience providing speech-language services in school or pediatric settings Proficiency with assessment tools and pediatric therapy techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience in teletherapy (preferred) Benefits
