Salary: $58 / Hour Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Austin, TX – South Central & Northeast Austin Campuses Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: May 28, 2026 Duration: Approximately 28 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Modality: Campus-Based (Guaranteed 1 Remote Day/Week) Interview Format: Virtual Pay Rate: $58/hr Position Overview We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our school-based team in Austin, TX. This role involves conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success across K–12 settings. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEPs. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational environment. Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Caseload & Support
Caseload: 45–55 students Grade Levels: K–12 Classroom Types: General Education, Inclusion, Self-Contained Team Support: Collaborative Speech Team on campus Group or 1:1 Support Staff: Not applicable Requirements
Active SLP licensure in the state of Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Cliffton Meadows
