Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies for effective condition management. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation of progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, complying with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Current, valid state Physical Therapist licensure or certification. Current valid CPR certification (preferred). Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 0–1 year of experience. Seniority Level
