As a Physical Therapist at St. Peter Home Care, you will plan and deliver therapy programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients recovering from injury or illness. You will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, educate patients and families, and adhere to professional clinical guidelines while documenting care. Facility: GSS MN St Peter Hm Care Location: Saint Peter, MN 56082 Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shift Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $37.50 - $62.00 Job Summary

Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that help clients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease. Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safety safeguards. Document client information for evaluation, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary. Educate clients, patients, residents, and families about treatment plans, schedules, and self‑exercise regimens for home use. Apply current research and age‑related treatments to meet client needs. Demonstrate the level of treatment appropriate to the specialty provided. Follow accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations. Show flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments. Participate in activities that promote Good Samaritan Society and Sanford Health. Supervise assistants, aides, and students as required and provide ongoing education and training to peers. Qualifications

Appropriate education level and state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice. Valid driver’s license may be required. Maintain required competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required within first 60 days of employment. Benefits
