Work under the supervision of the surgeon and RN. Assist the surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set‑up of instruments, equipment and supplies for surgical cases and passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed. Assist in preparing and moving patients, and sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment and rooms. Have a minimum of 2 years of OR experience. Day‑to‑Day Duties

Scrub on all cases. Work in a variety of specialties: General, Orthopedic (trauma), Neurosurgery, Spine, Ophthalmology, ENT, GU, Robotics (DaVinci XI/SI), Vascular, Endovascular, Cardiac, Trauma OB/GYN. Specialized teams exist for Cardiac and Neuro; other associates are cross‑trained for all other services. Provide breaks and additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. Assist with room turnover and restocking for the next day’s cases. Maintain the sterile field during procedures. Hand instruments to surgeons, anticipating their needs. Maintain and update preference cards. Schedule & Compensation

36 hours per week – Nights, 2×12‑hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday, with an additional day during the week that will be determined during interviews. No call required. Saturdays and Sundays include a $10/hr weekend differential. The position requires a six‑month commitment to the weekend schedule. Physical work: manage up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly. Pay: $26.49–$41.45 per hour. Where You’ll Work

St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I trauma center located in Lakewood, CO, featuring 17 operating rooms including a dedicated trauma room, a hybrid room, a cardiac OR, and a cystoscopy suite. The hospital has two DaVinci Xi robotic systems and offers 17 surgical specialties. Its annual caseload includes nearly 6,000 procedures. We provide self‑scheduling and a supportive work‑life balance. Job Requirements

Basic computer skills. Minimum two years of experience in a surgical setting. Experience in a specialty field preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program required. BLS from the American Heart Association required. Current registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologist for associates working in Colorado (unless covered by another license). Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA or CST from NCCT required. Senior Level & Other Details
