Overview
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to treat various upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. The ideal candidate is skilled in custom splinting and will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure success. This position also involves treating some orthopedic patients. Why join our nationwide team of hand therapists? Operate within a national hand therapy program across 32 states, with over 300 CHTs and an additional 300 hand therapists involved. Access to a nationally supported mentorship program for therapists pursuing CHT credentials, with opportunities to become mentors. Educational offerings include the National UE symposium, journal club, CHT study groups, free local CEUs, webinars, and additional certification courses such as UE COMT. Participate in hand team meetings, both locally and virtually, and observe in physician clinics or work in contracted physician’s clinics. Engage in research activities, program development, and more. Work in fully equipped clinics offering diverse treatment options. Schedule:
Monday through Friday Compensation:
Starting at $90,000 based on experience. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available. Benefits and Incentives

Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate, and discharge patients, providing high-quality hand therapy services. Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs. Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, fostering relationships with staff. Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ evidence-based practices. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program. Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy. National registration and state licensure are required. Previous marketing experience is mandatory. Solid experience in custom splinting, both pre- and post-operative orthopedics, is required. Hand therapy and splinting experience are essential. CPR certification. Valid state driver’s license.
