Description Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

to join our aviation maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee aircraft mechanics while actively performing and supervising maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on company aircraft. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with the company's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP), General Maintenance Manual (GMM), and applicable federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and perform maintenance, inspections, preventive maintenance, and alterations on company aircraft, engines, and components.

Assist in preparing overnight work packages and coordinate execution plans with Maintenance Management.

Ensure compliance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and all regulatory requirements.

Maintain accuracy and completeness of all maintenance records, discrepancy logs, and corrective actions.

Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and that all tools and equipment are accounted for and properly maintained.

Immediately report any condition affecting the airworthiness of company aircraft to the DOM and other appropriate personnel.

Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Maintain a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the DOM.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Valid

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate

held for a minimum of 3 years.

Experience within the past 24 months in one or more of the following:

Served as a mechanic under A&P certification.

Technically supervised other mechanics.

Supervised aircraft maintenance or alterations in an executive capacity.

Preferred Experience:

At least

3 years of maintenance experience on large aircraft (10 or more passenger seats)

with a certificated air carrier or repair station.

Minimum

1 year of supervisory experience

in the maintenance of aircraft within the same category and class as those operated by the company.
