FP&A Analyst
A growing and dynamic organization is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This senior-level role is highly visible and plays a key part in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded — able to transform complex financial data into meaningful insights that influence key decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead core
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain
robust financial models
to support business strategy, long‑term planning, and resource allocation.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate performance, identify financial drivers, and recommend actions to improve results.
Conduct
scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
Support continuous improvement by enhancing FP&A tools, reporting systems, and data accuracy.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Assist in ad‑hoc analysis, executive reporting, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) a plus.
5–8 years of progressive experience in
FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis .
Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
