Kelmar
The Securities Reconciliation Associate will be responsible for performing research and analysis related to client unclaimed property records. The Securities Reconciliation Associate will perform tasks assigned by the supervisory team related to multiple reconciliation projects. The Securities Reconciliation Associate is a remote position with the option to work in any of Kelmar's offices including Rockland, MA; Wakefield, MA; or Wilmington, DE.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Training on Kelmar's securities reconciliation approach, methodology & tools
Ability to articulate and communicate with team supervisors
Perform research on corporate history of publicly traded companies
Analyze client records and determine steps needed to reconcile out of balance stock holdings
Apply updates in state unclaimed property systems
Format and normalize data to client reporting expectations
Data entry of financial statements
QUALIFICATIONS
Related experience working with financial data is preferred
Associate's Degree
Proficiency in spreadsheet software; experience in database software
Strong communication and business writing skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to independently prioritize work assignments according to specified criteria
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the future
SALARY & BENEFITS Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and skill set. As required by applicable law, the hiring range for this position is $52,000 - $55,000.
