Hourly Pay: $24.50 Sign‑on Bonus: $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE certification (up to $700) Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 each quarter Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off Hours: Mid‑shift 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Benefits

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Vocational or technical certification or post‑secondary degree (preferred) Basic tools required Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake and tire work) Two (2) years or more of combined classroom training and work experience (preferred) Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (preferred) Must be able to obtain a CDL within six months after hire Must pass a Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years) Important Note

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, a road test, and/or badge or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned. Responsibilities

Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties Perform standard vehicle maintenance and component inspections and repairs Perform preventive maintenance Diagnose standard mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computers when applicable Identify root cause of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required Replace defective components as instructed Perform facility maintenance duties Interact with customers/drivers to determine the nature of complaints once assigned a task Utilize key functions of shop management system and electronic documentation available Work in accordance with all federal, provincial, and corporate compliance guidelines (e.g., safety, DOT, MOT) Perform other support duties as required to support operations, including but not limited to service island support
