Pay: $30.00-$35.00/hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and high-precision systems per detailed engineering drawings
Build and install fluid systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and coolant lines
Assist in the mounting, routing, and limited design modifications of components
Prepare accurate time estimates for projects and assist with quoting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and production
Document build processes and provide post-project analysis for future improvements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum 5 years of mechanical assembly experience (machine building preferred)
Proficiency with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators)
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with geometric tolerancing and inspection processes
Hands‑on skills in manual milling, turning, and grinding preferred
Experience with CAD (2D) and industrial control systems (FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
