Utility Representative_653000-On-Premise Rep/Line Cln Position Summary and Responsibilities: The primary duty of the Utility Representative is to maintain the beverage lines for the On‑Premise accounts and create tickets for the accounts. This position is required to clean lines and fix pouring issues and draught problems for its assigned accounts.

Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our customers

Maintain and clean customers' draught lines serving Ben E. Keith beers

Ensure all line cleaning standards are met

Troubleshoot various draught issues

Communicate with sales staff any observed opportunities or challenges

Project a friendly, professional image at all times

Prioritize multiple, competing priorities

Attend meetings as required

Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor

Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times

Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy

Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments

Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment

Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail

Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Must be able to read and write English

Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply

Must have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear

High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
