Job Description Large-level IV NICU (team also covers other hospitals in the system).
The right candidate has to be someone willing to jump into that very high acuity.

Pediatrix provides an uparalleled environment for professional growth and advancement.
Full-time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20-30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system.
The 2 Level III units have 24-hour shifts.
The Level IV has either 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16- hour night shifts.
Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
CURRENT 2+ years' experience as NNP required

State License Requirements :
Florida
Additional License Requirements :
Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and / or DNP; Current 2+ years' experience as NNP (not including RN)
