Position Summary Speech‑Language Pathologists plan, conduct, and evaluate treatment programs for individuals with speech and language disorders, including cognitive and swallowing disorders, under the supervision of an attending physician. This PRN role focuses on evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a skilled nursing setting for both post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting.
Deliver services to both post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
Collaborate and work in a team setting with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Schedule flexibly with the department open from 6 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.
Qualifications
Licensed, registered, or certified by the state in which you practice speech pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association.
