Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in La Habra, CA. The role offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ clinical hours per week.

Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples/children.
Clinicians valuing autonomy while enjoying team collaboration.
Interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.
Compensation Up to $115,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide
$7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week.
Guaranteed bi‑weekly pay.
Paid orientation, annual pay increases.
PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week).
No‑show protection; caseload build within 90 days of credentialing.
Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
