Baptist Health Medical Group - Outpatient Physical Therapy
Positions available throughout Louisville and Southern IN
Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) which is a comprehensive network that includes over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana.

Requirements
Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
