Position Overview To provide and manage patient care. To perform simple and complex nuclear medicine procedures. To utilize critical thinking abilities while caring for the patient. To display good rapport and professionalism with all customers.

Qualifications Graduate of a formal educational program in Nuclear Medicine Technology accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or meets the requirements for certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). Currently certified or, for new graduates of a formal education program in Nuclear Medicine Technology, eligible to be certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) required. If eligible to be certified, ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification must be obtained within one (1) year from date of hire to classification. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Currently certified with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required or must be obtained within six months of employment.
