Position:
ACI Certified Concrete Technician
Travel:
between the White Haven, PA and Sugarloaf, PA job sites
We are currently seeking a ACI Certified Concrete Technician to join our Wagman Team. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Technician is responsible for all project related tasks requested, including but not limited to carrying materials and heavy objects, properly setting up concrete operations including final product, cleaning of job site, chipping concrete. This position works along with the entire Project Team to support the completion of assigned construction tasks and ensures all plans move forward to meet projected deadlines. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction. This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.

Qualifications
ACI Certified Concrete Technician
Must be capable of executing concrete technician procedures
Familiar with concrete work, demolition, chipping, pouring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Job duties and responsibilities
Carry, load, or unload materials
Shovel, rake, spread and vibrate concrete into place
Proper use of concrete tools
Arrive to project site on-time and participate in job discussions and daily safety meetings
Clean up site trash and debris and place in dumpster or appropriate dedicated disposal area
Work with and maintain construction related equipment when needed (grout machines, drilling machines, compressors)
Responsible for your own safety and required to wear proper jobsite PPE as directed
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds from ground level to waist level and 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift.
Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
Must be able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather.
Position requires acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing.
Ability to reach, lift and perform work above shoulder height—and the ability to work on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces.
