Job Description Performs moderate statistical, financial and cost-accounting analyses. Will prepare, analyze and create reports for university management and other University Physicians departments by:
Preparing monthly reconciliations
Completing and analyzing monthly financial statements
Create accounts payable files and reconciliations
Assist with year end close out procedures, including year end reconciliations, financial statements and journal entries
This position will use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
Position is eligible for the University Physicians work from home program.
Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications Reconciliation experience, an ability to think logically, an ability to communicate complex concepts, an ability to speak up and seek answers when processes are not working as they should or when setting up new processes.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $21.71 - $40.09 hourly
Grade: GGS - 009
