Role Description We are looking to hire a full‑time Mitigation Technician who exceeds customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. The Technician will create a superior customer experience and be part of an emergency response team, demonstrating physical strength, stamina, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers in disaster response activities
Repair and restore the structure
Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient
Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and follow up to assure excellent customer service
Requirements
Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment
Valid unrestricted driver’s license
Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required
Benefits
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM consistent schedule
