AdventHealth is expanding our medical expertise, innovation, and state-of-the-art technology to southern Hillsborough County through a brand-new hospital in Riverview, which is scheduled to open in 2024. The new AdventHealth Riverview hospital will include 82 beds at time of opening with space to expand to 202 beds in the future. This $250 million project in Riverview also includes a 100,000 square foot, four-story Medical Office Building that will provide community members convenient access to expert care. AdventHealth Riverview will offer a wide range of health care services which includes emergency, cardiovascular, digestive, urology, orthopedic and women’s care. Role Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a quality management system to maintain cost-effective healthcare and improve patient outcomes. This position interacts collaboratively with multiple departments to promote a culture of concurrent quality improvement, and ensures hospital compliance with The Joint Commission standards to maintain accreditation. What You’ll Bring to the Team
Establishes and coordinates the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for all areas of Quality Management. Provides consultation for physician quality improvement and acts as a liaison to medical staff and hospital departments to support quality initiatives. Ensures timely submission of accurate data to comparative databases for effective benchmarking and regulatory compliance. Prepares and maintains the annual quality management plan and prioritizes facility-wide quality improvement efforts. Facilitates organization of quality and safety data reports internally and externally, and communicates results to all stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor's Required 3+ Work Experience Required
