Expected pay: $44.21 – $52.01/hour
Sign‑on bonus options: $5,000 for 1 year, $10,000 for 2 years, $20,000 for 3 years

Position Summary The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment. The outpatient multidisciplinary team evaluates and treats a wide range of patient populations and diagnoses in the metro region. Team includes 11 PTs, 2 OTs, 2 SLPs, and 2 rehab techs across 2 clinic locations.
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based PT treatment.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to set and track therapy goals.
Document patient progress and communicate outcomes to patients, families, and team members.
Assist technology and assistants in resolving problems and maintaining functional outcomes.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (or bachelor/master under grandfathered 2016 requirement)
Current state license in Physical Therapy; license must be verifiable within one year of hire.
Valid CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
Valid state driver’s license.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications > Previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
Demonstrated ability to provide patient care appropriate to the population served.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills; effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
Analytical ability to evaluate patient status, establish goals, formulate treatment plans, document progress, and assist techs and assistants.
Excellent computer skills for processing detailed information accurately.
