A K‑12 educational institution in Easton, MD is seeking a skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support the communication development of students across all grade levels. Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and hearing assessments for students K‑12.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech and language therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech‑language services.
Desired Qualifications And Experience
Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
Experience working in school settings with K‑12 populations.
Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff.
Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt therapy methods to individual needs.
Location: Easton, Maryland
Job Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
