The Role:
Roofing Installation Foreman We are seeking a highly experienced, results‑oriented Roofing Installation Foreman to take a leadership position with one of our exceptional partner companies. This role is for a hands‑on leader who is ready to manage and drive complex roofing projects across both residential and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, to specification, and on time. Key Responsibilities: Crew Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of roofing technicians and laborers. Quality & Installation: Oversee all on‑site work to ensure installation meets the highest quality standards, manufacturer specs, and local codes. Safety Compliance: Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure strict adherence to all job site and OSHA safety regulations. Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project timelines and budgets with division Manager. Technical Expertise: Serve as the on‑site technical authority across diverse roofing systems. Required Expertise & Systems Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Installer. Expertise in Shingle and Composite roofing systems (residential/steep‑slope). In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience installing and heat‑welding TPO and PVC single‑ply membrane systems (commercial/flat roofing). Verifiable experience with various Metal roofing types (e.g., standing seam, metal panels). Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must hold or be capable of getting the OSHA 30 card in the first 15 days. Ready to Partner with a Great Company?
