The controller is a crucial leadership position within the organization. The Controller manages Green’s Accounting Operations and ensures financial accuracy, allowing the business to make effective strategic decisions. How you will be successful

Oversee that the organization meets the necessary tax, permit and licensing requirements. Collaborate with the Executive Team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s general ledger. Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers. Provide Executive Management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy making and financial strategizing. Summarize budget trends, analyze deficiencies and report variances to executives. Take care of tax preparation duties or liaise with external tax accountants for tax preparation. Manage and develop Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams through our 34 fundamentals https://www.greenworldwide.com/fundamentals/. Oversee the specialized software related to the accounting functions. Work closely with senior management regarding optimizing cash flow. Manage final adjustments to monthly financial statements and prepare banking reports. Other duties as needed. What you will bring

A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. Deep understanding of GAAP regulations, audits, reconciliations and financial statements. Proficiency in accounting software. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Strong managerial skills and the ability to manage people successfully. High attention to detail, a strong ethical foundation and commitment to transparency and compliance. What we offer
