ATeam Home Services LLC is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Client Acquisition Representative to join our Quality Assurance and Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be the face of ATeam in the Austin market—developing new contractor partnerships, maintaining key relationships, and helping expand our reach in residential insulation and roofing services. Business Development & Prospecting Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential contractor partners. Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and in-person site visits. Promote ATeam’s value proposition to contractors, project managers, and decision-makers. Relationship Management Hold regular meetings with company owners and project leaders to discuss ongoing and new opportunities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ATeam and expand partnerships. Foster long-term collaboration with existing partners by providing exceptional follow-up and support. Presentations & Proposals Conduct professional presentations outlining ATeam’s services and solutions. Prepare tailored proposals with support from the management team. Assist in negotiating terms to close new partnerships. Internal Coordination
Work with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Conduct quality assurance visits to job sites to ensure high standards. Maintain accurate documentation of partner agreements and service activity. Tracking & Reporting
Keep detailed records of outreach, proposals, partner interactions, and contract status. Submit weekly reports highlighting outreach metrics and performance. Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time and priorities independently. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred. Comfortable with in-person outreach and travel within the greater Austin area. Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office a plus. High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
