Financial Due Diligence Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, and potential deal issues. Prepare sections of due diligence reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Support the development of financial models and valuation analyses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and operational advisors. Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with target company management. Conduct industry and company research to support transaction insights. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
