Civil Engineer - Land Development/Design
The company is a well‑established, reputable, and growing engineering and land planning firm seeking a Civil Engineer to lead engineering design for private land development projects.
Base pay range:
$85,000.00/yr – $145,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
Requirements
E.I.T. or P.E. strongly encouraged.
Engineering Design of Land Development Projects.
Utility Design.
Site Grading.
Storm Water Management Systems.
Zoning Research.
Permitting Research.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency required.
