We’re supporting the search for an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join a dynamic and growing team in Edina. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the details behind high-volume, full-cycle AP.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing large volumes of invoices, performing 3-way matching, and ensuring accuracy across vendor accounts. You’ll also assist with reconciliations, statement reviews, and payment runs while partnering closely with purchasing and accounting to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires)
Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities
Maintain organized AP records and documentation for audit purposes
Collaborate with procurement and accounting to improve AP workflows
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
Strong understanding of 3-way match and general accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
