Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more SAP implementation teams (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related modules).

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and SAP functional/technical leads to maintain well-prioritized backlogs.

Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and alignment with overall SAP project roadmap.

Identify and remove blockers, ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile principles, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

Work with Program/Project Managers to report on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Support the integration of Agile and SAP Activate methodologies for streamlined delivery.

Promote continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large‑scale ERP or SAP transformation projects.

Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or rollout).

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAP Activate methodology.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in global SAP implementations or HR transformation projects.

Familiarity with integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems.

SAFe Agilist (SA) or Agile Coach certification.

Knowledge of Change Management and DevOps principles in an SAP environment.
