Structural Senior Project Manager
to lead high-impact projects from concept through construction in the vibrant city of
Austin, Texas . This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and business-minded professional to shape the future of a growing structural engineering practice.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as
Engineer of Record
on major structural projects, overseeing design, documentation, and quality from start to finish.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful, on-time completion.
Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Partner with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, code-compliant solutions.
Take an active role in
business development —crafting proposals, building new client relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis).
8+ years
of structural design and project management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams.
Proficiency in
Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA , or similar structural analysis tools.
Deep understanding of
AISC, ACI, and IBC codes .
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
