Responsibilities
Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed.
Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in all areas of the hotel.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, fostering a supportive work environment.
Monitor and manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, creating a safe and respectful workplace for everyone.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.
Supervise and support front desk staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Conduct end-of-shift reporting and ensure smooth communication with management and incoming shifts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Compensation: $17+ hourly
