Our client is a high-growth consumer brand focused on performance and wellness products. They are rapidly expanding their online presence and looking for a strong operator to lead growth in their Amazon channel.
Role – Growth Manager (Amazon Channel)
We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale the Amazon channel. This remote role involves managing paid ads, optimizing listings, ensuring Buy Box dominance, and collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Finance. You’ll report directly to the CMO.
Remote | $120K–$160K
Key Responsibilities
- Own full Amazon acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews
- Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership through proactive strategies
- Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches
- Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV
- Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments
- Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests
- Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement
Success Metrics
- 90%+ Buy Box retention
- Maximize CAC efficiency across campaigns
- Top 5 keyword rankings for priority ASINs
- Demonstrate Amazon as an incremental growth layer to DTC
Tools & Platforms
- Amazon Ads Console, Jungle Scout
- DSP, Sponsored Video, Posts, CTV
Who You Are
- Proven Amazon operator with experience $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility
- Hands‑on, high‑ownership operator comfortable driving projects end‑to‑end
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance)
- Bonus: experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion
- Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome
