Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Contract: 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Pay Rate: $26–$30 per hour DOE

Position Summary

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client’s HR and Recruitment team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks. While HR experience is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and team events.
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure smooth logistics.

HR/Onboarding Support

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities.

Administrative Tasks

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Update employee records and HR systems accurately.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support HR and recruitment operations.

Communication

  • Respond to internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience; HR experience is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other: Ability to work onsite in Tigard, OR.
