Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and passionate Fine Dining Servers with incredibly high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interact with customers, take orders and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Plan and present menus and drink lists
  • Execute full dinner and wine service
  • Know the steps of service
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Maintain side work throughout all parts of your shift
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Your success with us requires these qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Fine Dining
  • Resume and proven working experience as a fine dining server
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, alcohol, and menu items
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • ServSafe Food Handlers certificate

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successful perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and food items, often weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Regularly bending or stooping to retrieve items or clean tables.
  • Ability to reach overhead or across tables to serve food or drinks.
  • Dexterity to handle plates, glasses, and utensils, as well as using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintaining balance while carrying multiple items or trays
  • Ability to handle and serve food safety and efficiently
  • Clear communication with customers and colleagues, often in noisy environments
