The Service Receptionist at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, answering phone calls, and coordinating service appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service department
• Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers
