General Summary The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent. They play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while aligning hiring practices with organizational goals. Duties & Responsibilities Effectively sources qualified candidates based on the information provided by the hiring manager. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the qualifications of the position. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Schedules interviews for hiring manager, providing details on initial phone screen, resume, and other necessary information. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or the People Operations team during the offer process. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed. Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to tap into for current and future recruitment needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection decisions. Act as on-site HR representative for the Lindon office. Other HR duties as assigned. Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within dental and/or SaaS industries. Experience with Paycom strongly preferred. Proficient in G‑Suite preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
