Personal vehicle required (no public transportation available)

$1950-$2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry or Rehab RN experience

At least 3 months of prior travel nursing experience

Charge RN experience required

BSN preferred

Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Ability to float between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units

Supervisory reference from within the past two years

Current skills checklist (within 1 year)

Personal vehicle required due to lack of public transportation

Local travelers (within 50 miles) are not eligible for this Vermont RN job

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Coordinate total nursing care for patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit

Serve as backup Charge Nurse as needed

Participate in patient and family education

Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary staff to uphold professional nursing standards

Float between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units as required

Document patient care and interventions accurately in Cerner EMR

Adhere to facility attendance policies and communicate absences promptly

Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a small community hospital setting
