Travel Registered Nurse (RN) contract Contract Duration:
13 weeks Shift:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts) Weekend and On-Call:
Required ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience Strong skills in medication titration, critical care nursing, restraint management, and ventilator management Ability to float to Emergency Department (ED) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units as needed
ICU RN Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in an 18-bed ICU Manage ventilators, titratable medications, and advanced critical care equipment Perform ICU procedures such as restraint application, Artic Sun therapy, and other interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, CNAs, sitters, and charge nurses Comply with hospital policies, unit guidelines, and HCA iCARE values Float to ED and Med Surg units as required to support patient care Apply now
