Travel MRI Technologist (ARRT Certified) - $2,482 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech Job Details: • Work afternoon shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday • No weekend requirements • No call requirements • Must be MRI registered with the ARRT • Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required • Work with GE 450 wide bore scanner equipment • Use Meditech EMR and FUJI PACS systems • Perform routine extremities, brain, and spine imaging with and without contrast • Handle some abdominal studies and MRI prostates • Transport patients to and from the unit • Work independently in a small team environment • Handle 15-16 exams per day when fully staffed • Exams are heavily outpatient with 3-4 inpatient exams daily and few ED exams weekly • Do NOT perform sedated patients, anesthesia cases, or cardiac cases • Must be confident with magnet safety protocols • Dress code requires all black scrubs • Ability to work well in a small group setting preferred • Familiarity with GE MRI equipment preferred Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive MRI department equipped with modern GE wide bore scanner technology.
