Women's Services LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) – 14 LDRP beds Assignment Length:

13-week travel contract (10/25/2025 – 1/24/2026) Shift:

12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am), weekends as needed Luke's Treasure Valley locations (Meridian, Nampa, Boise) within L&D, Postpartum, Antepartum, or as a sitter Orientation:

4 shifts of unit-specific orientation provided Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (Idaho or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required (3 years preferred) Mother-baby nursing experience preferred (at least 1 year preferred) Proven experience in attending deliveries, newborn care, triage, circulating C-sections, and postpartum couplet care Ability to float to other units/sites as needed within the healthcare system Compliance with hospital dress code (hospital-issued scrubs) Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (travel nursing requirement) Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care to laboring patients, including high-risk obstetric cases (32+ weeks gestation, hypertension, TOLACs, gestational diabetes, etc.) Assist with deliveries and C-sections (circulate and recover patients) Provide postpartum couplet care and stabilize newborns within the first hour of life Collaborate with OB hospitalists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, anesthesia, and resource RNs Luke's Treasure Valley healthcare sites as required Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records Uphold infection control and patient safety standards, including adherence to no acrylic/gel nail policy Apply now
