3 Heart (E3MCSC), Heart Tower – Progressive Care Unit PCU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent experience in PCU, step-down, or telemetry nursing jobs Proficiency with telemetry, sheaths, and titration of drips (gtts) Experience with Cerner EMR preferred Flexible, calm, and adaptable personality Charge nurse experience is a plus PCU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 15-bed Progressive Care Unit with a 3-4:1 RN-to-patient ratio Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) Float as needed to all Medical Surgical and step-down units Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and healthcare guidelines Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care Discover your next travel nursing job in Asheville, NC!
