Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$1,780 - $1,910
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 6 months recent experience in cardiac stepdown or cardiovascular nursing (1 year preferred)
ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred (open to applicants without these)
Ability to float to Med/Surg or Emergency Room (ER) as needed
Provide work history and permanent address upon application
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac and vascular patients, including those with STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, and post-cardiothoracic surgery
Administer and monitor antiarrhythmic IV medications and noninvasive ventilation
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Float to Med/Surg or ER to support CVCU/Med Surg holds as required
Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
Maintain flexible scheduling (no block scheduling)
