Preferred Unit Overview
36-bed oncology/med-surg unit caring for solid tumor cancers including Breast, Lung, Prostate, Pancreatic, Colon, and Esophageal Heavy focus on infection prevention and patient fall safety Provides full spectrum of care: diagnosis → treatment → end-of-life support Skills
IV Therapy & Phlebotomy Blood Product Administration Central Line & Port Access Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias Chemotherapy Administration (preferred) Tracheostomy Care (preferred) Equipment
GE Telemetry System (B450 Monitors) Alaris Pumps Stryker Beds Bladder Scanner Additional Info
