Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. This role requires consistent attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced logistics environment. Candidates must be able to stand throughout the day and handle repetitive tasks with precision. This is an onsite position supporting the Adidas distribution center, where adherence to brand guidelines and safety protocols is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and materials from trucks or vehicles.
  • Process, scan, and shelve inventory, ensuring all stock is labeled and organized.
  • Conduct warehouse audits to maintain accurate inventory reporting.
  • Perform battery changing and maintenance for pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and light maintenance.
  • Support general upkeep tasks such as basic painting, carpentry, or tool repairs.
  • Merge and reorganize stock to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain PPE compliance (provided by client).
  • Participate in team safety initiatives and process improvement discussions.

Must-Have Skills
  • Forklift certification and PIT training required.
  • 2–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical work throughout the shift.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and work independently under supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Bailer, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred).
  • Prior experience with inventory control systems or data entry.

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical or trade school background preferred.

Shift Details
  • Two shifts available:
    • Sunday–Tuesday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
    • Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Must be flexible for overtime and occasional schedule changes.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, standing and walking for long periods.
  • Onsite position with strict PPE requirements.
  • Repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
  • Client policy: no competitive brand apparel permitted onsite.
