Job Description

RIGHTSTONE is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH 45229 with $17.00/hr. pay for a 3-month contract duration, with potential to be permanent. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by picking, packing, and organizing inventory in a safe and efficient environment. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday,10 am to 7 pm, overtime expected

Quick summary of daily responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner — handling items ranging from small boxes to large pallets.
Receive, label, and store inventory safely and accurately.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Identify, record, and report damaged or defective materials.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as push carts and rolling ladders.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Capable of standing and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Dress Code:

Workwear attire required — no shorts, tank tops, or inappropriate clothing.
Steel toe shoes or boots are required.
