- Level 2 Trauma, Level 3 pediatric trauma
- Types of cases: GI, ENT, Gen Surg, GYN, Neuro, Ophth, Maxillo, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Pain, Thoracic/Rad Onc, OB, Endo, Peds
- 14 anesthetizing sites
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: GA license, BC/BE
- Credentialing: 90 days, temps possible with clean file
